I used Midnight Hour Moving for my recent apartment move in June. The guys were on time and called before they arrived. Once they arrived, they got to work and didn't damage one item. I was very pleased with their service, so I recommended them for my sister's move from Plano to Houston in August. Again, they were great and moved her items, 300 miles, without one glitch. The front office is also great and very prompt when responding to my inquiries. Thank goodness for Midnight Hour Moving.

Just wanted to let you know my recent experience with your company was once again stellar in every way! I may not always get to see the same individuals, but each and every one that you've sent my way has been exemplary in their demeanor, their work ethic, and their willingness to take on the toughest of jobs with a smile. Larry & Robert helped me today with a particularly onerous task, one most people would shy away from. One of my climate controlled units flooded and it appeared that the problem had been ongoing for quite a while during the last 3 months (the last time I visited the unit). The contents were mildewed and soggy and it seemed half the population of spiders in the country were holding a convention there. I even stepped on a dead rat amongst the slimy mess I found inside--not an experience I ever hope to repeat! Larry & Robert were unphased and they quickly helped me sort through the muck & mire, patiently enduring the sorting process. On top of all that, the dolly I planned to have them use (stored in another unit) had flat tires (good grief!). Undaunted, they quickly and efficiently loaded up the salvageable items, then proceeded to empty out my other two units (as you might imagine, I had no plans to continue storing my property there).
The rescued items were all relocated to a spotless and fairly new storage facility, however, the units were on the second floor. Despite the fact that the facility had an elevator, Larry and Robert opted to take each load up the stairs. Why? Because it was quicker! Now I call that dedication! The guys worked tirelessly and steadily and while I was quite exhausted after the experience, they departed with the same cheerful, can-do attitude they had when they first arrived.
Thank you, Marcus, for another utterly fabulous move. You have a superb team and I appreciate you all so very, very much. And that goes for Courtney too! She is just a doll and I can always count on her to respond quickly (hey, I called yesterday and the move happened today for heaven's sake!--You just can't beat that!!).
You've got a customer for as long as you're open for business and I would never hesitate to refer Midnight Hour Moving for any job, large or small. You are all truly the BEST!

We used your services last week to move after 15 years in the same home. Your guys were the best!!!!! Larry, Travis, Anthony, Aaron and Marcus were so nice and worked extremely hard. It took approx. four hours to move everything in our old home to the new home (including the time to set up the furniture just the way I wanted it and put the beds back together).

I underestimated how much I had and they had to make two trips to my storage unit and one trip to my new home. This was a last minute move as I didn't plan on moving and it was very emotional for me. They worked quick, packed tight and made my last minute move much less painful. This was my second time using your company for a move and I would recommend you to everyone!

Marcus I just wanted to thank you and your crew sooooooooooooooooooooo much for helping us with the move on Sunday and Monday! You guys were awesome! You put up with my dad when I know he was rude and unreasonable but we truly apprecitated you and the guys patience in dealing with him. This was our second time moving you as I used your company back in June to move my items from my storage unit in pearland to the apt in plano.
I also thank you for bringing the extra truck and the extra guys the 2nd day. That truly showed your desire in trying to make a difficult situation positive.
This is not their (my parents) final move as they were moving from the home in Pearland (which was really their rental house...they rented their larger home in Pearland and moved into that one in anticipation on moving up here). So once that home sells they will be moving out of the apartment once they find a home here in the metroplex. That's why they had soo much stuff...
So all this to say again we really appreciated you and your staff. You guys were very helpful and professional.
My husband and I will be purchasing a home somewhere in Plano within the year. And with me being a loan officer all I do is come into contact with people who are moving. So I won't hesistate to recommend your company.

Kyle and Larry were fantastic. I didn't think a crew could be any better than the one I had the first time I used your company but I was wrong. Those two young men were totally above reproach in every way. They were the most courteous, pleasant, hard working, careful, caring, helpful young men I can ever imagine... there are enough 'great' words to describe them. Other movers... do the job. Other movers do just what is absolutely required but never any more. Your teams always go the extra mile and ask if they can go another. They are just plain great and I always feel comfortable with them.
Thank you again for providing an excellent service at a fair price that almost made me glad to be staring at another mountain of moving boxes! A very tidily stacked and placed mountain of boxes I might add. I asked Kyle and Larry to put most of the load into my garage for unpacking. They did so with great care and were very careful to make certain that the items were placed so that I can still get my car in the garage! Unbelievable. Just unbelievable.

I want to thank you for your excellent services in loading my household goods into the rental truck I drove to my new location in New York. The two-person crew was extraordinary; I recall one gentleman's name was Shay, but I'm embarrassed to not remember his wonderful colleague's name. They both deserve the highest praise for their efficiency, professionalism, and cordiality. It took a crew of seven men, not including myself, five hours to unload what it took Shay and his colleague only two hours to load. You provided me great service, and you saved me money. I want to compliment the two men that moved me on Sunday September 7, 2008. First of all they showed up on time, 8AM on a Sunday morning ready to work. Anthony and Adam were very polite and professional. Anthony told me that I needed rope to tie the furniture down and that the U Haul company should have given me pads to cover my furniture with. Since neither of these items were on the truck as they should have been he made sure I had time to run and get them before he loaded my items in the truck.
My furniture and crystal were carefully handled and wrapped to ensure save travel. I wish I had Anthony and Adam on the Houston part of my move since the movers on this end were not as careful.
I have given two other people business cards from your company. I am a very demanding consumer and I don't give referrals readily. But I feel confident that all your customers receive the same high level of care as I did.
Again thank you so much for a stress free move. I will use Anthony and Adam again in the future.

Although our time was moved from 4pm to12noon then again to 3pm. These guys were the best movers I have ever encountered.
They were polite, professional and very quick. They were always asking us if there was any thing else they could do. All we really
needed was them to move our furniture, we had planned on moving most of the boxes, they were so fast that they moved almost everything
and could have moved the rest had I been completely packed and ready. These guys were awesome. They were loaded and ready
to move in 35 minutes! Wow! We were very, very impressed by them. They even had time to put my bed together.

Dear Marcus,
I wanted to touch base with you regarding our recent moving experience with Midnight Movers.
I think you should know was a jewel of an employee you have in Steve who came to unload our truck on Friday, August 1 in Fort Worth.
I know that you had some injurys in the crew that was to come to our place and that the job before us ran long but I appreciate your communication. Through no fault of his own Steve was later than our appointment time. However, when Steve came he went right to work and proceeded to unload our entire truck on his own. The replacement for your injured man did not show up until there were only three things (door chest, mattress and box springs) to bring up the stairs. Steve was courtious, kind and very conscience of our belongings. He did an excellent job in over 105 degree weather (I feared for his health) and we are very grateful.
I hope that Steve's hard work and professionalism can be rewarded in some way. Please convey our appreciation of him and thank him again for all his hard work.

My family moved in DeSoto on Saturday, July 19. The MidnightHourMoving crew was Anthony and Corey. I want to let you know how much I appreciate the work they did for us. They did a fantastic job in getting us moved out of one house and into a new one. They not only worked hard for the 4 hours they were contracted to do, but even harder for the next 4 hours I did not anticipate needing! They were very concerned in ensuring we got moved within those 8 hours. We could not have made the move without them. They were very professional in everything they did, and very personable too.
I would give them a 6, but since a 5 would be the highest rating I can give this shows you how highly we think of these 2 guys. Because of them I have already recommended your service to several people I know who are planning on moving in the near future.

for great service. Your movers, Anthony and (?) Steve, were wonderful. They helped my daughter and I move from Lewisville to south Dallas. Very professional, respectful, polite, and helpful. I had scheduled loading help and felt we got much more. They disassembled and reassembled our bed frame and table to get everything to fit in the truck - they must be excellent puzzle solvers. Also, helped load and unload items from our personal vehicles. I was thrilled when they offered to escort us to help navigate the U-haul truck on the complicated interstate system in Dallas.
To my surprise, a 3rd man meet us in Dallas to help unload and then set up furniture. I highly recommend your company & have shared MM business cards with friends. I wish I had known about your truck service also - much cheaper than U-haul. Next time, will definitely let you guys do it all!

Steve and his partner in crime (We didn't get his name), did a great job unloading the moving truck. I have never seen anybody, this includes movers we have used in the past, move furniture through doors without hitting the door jam or anything before. They took extra care of everything, even the beanbags, making sure not to damage it. ;) I thought this job would take more than the time we paid for, but you guys proved me wrong and finished with almost an hour to spare. They asked for more work to do but we had none to offer.
My wife and I would definitely recommend you and your service to anyone and we would most likely use you again if and when the time comes.

I gave you a 5 star rating because you earned it. My loaders in Salt Lake were so pitiful I wasn't expecting much on this end but boy was I relieved. Stephen and Anthony were absolutely fabulous. Just wanted to leave some feedback. The guys (sorry I can't remember their names) were great! They arrived on time and were very nice and polite. They were extremely careful with my things. None of my walls were scratched at my old place or new place, and none of my furniture was damaged either. It ended up taking a a little longer than I planned for, but because of your competitive prices, it will still cheaper than another moving company would have been.
Five stars! Would definitely use again or recommend to a friend =)

It became obvious very early in your work that I could be freed from being concerned with how my goods were being handled, as you and Kyle (was it?) were in unison regarding care and proper placement of them. First, and not last, indication was to minimize the number of doorways to go through, presumably to minimize dings. Great approach. What a pleasure to behold!!! If you ever need a reference, please consider me.

I just wanted to let you know that the two men you had come to my apartment were wonderful. They were both in high spirits when I arrived and introduced themselves in a very professional manner. They let me know that the team was a man short but they would do their best to get it knocked out. They moved very quickly but also made sure that items weren't going to be damaged. They were also very polite to my girlfriend and my new neighbors. It was quite hot out that day and I heard no complaints. I sent my dad to get some Gatorade for them, but they were so quick they were done before it got here. I just had to let you know how wonderful these guys did. Moving can be a headache but I have to say these guys made things smooth. If I need anything ever that has to deal with moving I can assure you that I will be contacting you. So that I can have them come out to do great work again.

Steven and Anthony were AWESOME! The move went, well smooth, except for when the gas gauge was not working correctly on my rental truck and they went above and beyond and helped to get gas for me. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is moving.

The guys who did our unload Sunday, I believe it was Anthony and Steve, were absolutely outstanding!
They were here exactly on time – just a couple of minutes early and when we were prepared for them.
They were quick, courteous and always in motion – they made sure to consult w/ us on where we wanted practically every single box / item coming off the truck.
They got done really quickly and instead of trying to run for the door, and see it as an opportunity to get some downtime, they volunteered to stick around and put the beds together, hookup the washer / dryer and move any of our furniture into place where we thought we might want it.
Even having unloaded a “packed to capacity” 26’ U-Haul and doing all the “put together / move around” stuff – we still had time for them to join us for some donuts, juice and conversation.
We were VERY IMPRESSED w/ how quickly you contacted me after I made the reservation – we were equally VERY IMPRESSED w/ Anthony and Steve – and I would certainly agree that while in the Dallas area we’ll be Midnight Hour Moving customers for life.

I was so mistaken, it was not funny, but your 2 workers, Kyle and Robert, were willing to adjust their schedule, while I
went to rent an additional 17' truck, and they worked 5 hours, instead of the original 3 that we had scheduled. They
were lifesavers for us! I don't know what we would have done if they had not been able to stay to finish loading.
Then, 2 days later, when we planned to unload, you were wise enough to send 3 unloaders instead of 2, and they did
the job quickly and expertly.
Every single one of your employees was professional, courteous, careful with our belongings, and the kind of worker
it is a delight to deal with.
You can be assured that we will highly recommend Midnight Hour Moving to anyone we can. And, if we move again, you
will be the first one we will call.

| Midnight Movers did a great job. I called last minute for a moving job and Marcus was able to accomodate me. Knowing that I was in a rush to get out of town, he even sent his team early when they finished their first job. Movers were quick and polite. Every year I have a shipment of boxes that goes to my daughter in Sri Lanka. She has a children's orphanage. Of all the movers I have had, YOUR GUYS were the best. How wonderful!!! Very polite and focused. They were incredible. I estimated 3 hours and they did it in 1 hour and 50 minutes. Less than 2 hours. That was great because it saved me a few boxes but their positive, polite attitude was outstanding. In fact, my neighbor asked for a business card for future reference. I will always recommend your service.

Your guys were absolutely & totally awesome today. I
could not have asked for a better set of helpers. They
were so very polite, caring, understanding, careful,
thorough, tentative, understanding - you just don't
find that anywhere usually these days. They even
helped me figure out how to place the furniture into
my new smaller apartment, and that was no easy task!!
When I got tired & started coughing from my asthma,
they told me to set & rest - that they could & would
get the rest. They really saved me today on this
move... I don't know what I would've done without
them. Thank God there are angels on earth - you have
two really great guys on your crew and they deserve
the recognition for all of their hard work &
dedication to their job AND me - the customer today.

Marcus I just wanted to let you know that I did do the rating on the move site but I also wanted to say a special thank you to you for your team. They were better than great today. I will be calling you directly for a second move and maybe some bulk trash haul away as well. I would love to have the same team again if I could when I move more to Lubbock. They made me feel safe and comfortable and that is not always the case when I have workmen come into my home.
What do you need from me to be able to give me a price for some bulk trash haul away? I will very likely want to hire you to do that in another week or so and then later in the year I will want to hire your team to do some packing and moving for me to Lubbock. In that case I would probably want to use your truck unless it would be less expensive for me to rent a Uhaul again.
Once again thank you for top notch service. Your guys worked very hard today and earned every bit of their salary.

Thank you so much for all of your help today! Your guys were amazing.. great senses of humor (my friends were here and paid no heed to the fact that they didn't know your guys *grins*). They did a phenomenal job in perfect time and I was amazed at the "Tetris skills" of the guy that seemed to be the most experienced.. he made what has ALWAYS taken me a 26" truck fit with nearly 10" left over... I could have been driving a smaller truck had I known :)
The later move time worked great for me as I didn't realize how much time packing consumed (You'd think I'd have figured it out as many times as I've done it..)
In any case, I sure wish you had a crew in Baton Rouge (my destination). It seems Katrina is still affecting people and nobody wants the work..
I'll be leaving feedback as soon as I figure out how! Once again, Thank You!!!

I used your comapny to move from Dallas. Your guys were THE BEST.....another company met me at the other end of the move, and after dealing with you, they didn't measure up very well.........
I HOPE there is NO move in my future, but one never knows............
if I ever have to do it again, I can only hope that there is a service like yours where I am.........
I have moved countless times in my life, 6 times in the last 5 years........
none of the movers, including the commercial moving companies, did as nice a job, were as helpful, and as pleasent as the guys you sent to my apartment in Dallas.......

I just returned home this evening from the trip up to Wichita to deliver the furniture. I spent a good 40 minutes trying very hard to find a way to say all the good things I wanted to say in the emove review, but was frustrated by being allowed only 200 characters, so to make a long story short, here's what I tried to submit initally:
Marcus and Steven were absolutely top-notch in my book! They handled my furnishings with better care than the big-name professional moving company we hired to load and transport the furnishings to us from San Francisco. They finished the job in half the time it took the previous company to unload them and then reorganized my remaining stored items into a much smaller storage unit, saving me a significant sum of money on my monthly storage fees. They also followed me to a second location to load additional items (well within the time allotted), and offered to help me load my personal luggage and misc. items. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all they did and how much I enjoyed meeting both of them. They were not only very professional, but extremely personable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
