Did you buy a new home and dont like
how the last owner left the property? We can help! If the last owner left the house or
back yard full of trash or just need the home to be cleaned top to bottom we have a crew for you!
Are you moving out and dont have the energy
to clean the house before you hand over the keys to the new owners or to get your deposit
back from the landlord give us a call! After you move out we will come in and clean up all
the stuff left over from your move you did not take including items in the backyard, shed,
garage or stuff laying around the house. Then once we get done making sure everything is out
of the house we will clean it top to bottom to make sure the landlord or new owners will be
happy at the end of the day!
Its very frustrating and
unfortunate during these times but the truth is it does happen. Our crews will
come out to an apartment, town home or house and remove all the debris left over
from a tenant and clean the house top to bottom. We will do the best we can to restore
your rental property to the way it was before the eviction. Please note we do not
repair walls or repaint you will need to contact a contractor for this service.

Up to (3) - (13) gallon kitchen trash bags can be taken from any (1)
residence with out calling out our trash trailer. Any home or residence that has more then (3)
trash bags worth of garbage to be hauled off should request and disclose this information
when booking their service so we can bring it with us at time of service. Our trash trailer will
hold 15 cubic yards of trash per trip @ 10'(L) x 6'(H) x 7'(W).

Trash Removal - up to (3) - (13) gallon trash bags FREE of charge.
15 cubic yard trailer
1/4 truck = $125.00
1/2 truck = $150.00
3/4 truck = $175.00
Full = $200.00
Trash charges include: Dump Fee, fuel and labor to unload. You will
not be charged hourly to unload the trailer at the dump. The crew will be
on the clock during the cleaning service and fill the trailer during this time.
Disclaimer:
All areas cleaned must be reachable with a 4ft ladder.
Blinds will be cleaned in place, we will not remove them.
Location must have power and water at time of service.
House cannot be lived in during time of service. This service is for before you move in or after you move out. Anything left in the house will be removed as trash.
Hazardous or extreme conditions will have an extra charge to be determined upon arrival.
